DESCRIPTION:¿DE QUÉ TRATA “Clases de Sexy Style & Twerk con Sofía Palencia”?\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEspacio Joven inicia un nuevo ciclo de actividades que tendrán lugar durante las tardes entre semana. Los viernes 10 y 31 de octubre de 19:00 a 20:30h (dos sesiones)  Sofía Palencia imparte clases de twerk 18:00 a 19:30h. \nGratuito. Sin inscripción previa. \nEl twerk es un nuevo tipo de baile que está generando furor en internet\, que consiste en bailar moviendo desenfrenadamente las caderas con ayuda de piernas y glúteos\, con lo que consigue una tonificación bastante notoria de estos. Twerk es el baile perfecto para ponerse en forma\, además de producir una subida de autoestima ya que empodera a la persona que lo está realizando. \nEste tipo de baile tiene sus orígenes en el “dancehall”\, un tipo de danza africana; también se incluyen pasos del mismo en otras disciplinas como el dembow\, pero no fue hasta 2013 cuando salió realmente a la luz gracias a Miley Cyrus y su twerk en los premios MTV.  \n  \n\n\n\n\n¡Disfruta de los “Clases de Sexy Style & Twerk con Sofía Palencia”!\nDescubre Santander informa de que los diferentes eventos publicados se ofrecen a modo informativo\, no siendo Descubre Santander responsable de los problemas o daños causados por erratas o incorrecciones de los mismos.
